Vinsky currently stands with 90 hits, 17 more than any other player in the GLIAC. Over the first two years of his career, Vinsky has 199 hits and 50 doubles as well as a .432 batting average. This is the second consecutive year that Vinsky has earned First Team All-Region honors.

In his first season at Northwood, Colin McClelland stepped into the lineup and became one of the top shortstops in the region. He batted .294 with 10 home runs and 54 RBIs. C. McClelland stands second in the GLIAC in RBIs and stands fourth in the conference in home runs. He also ranks 10th in the GLIAC in total bases (96) and third in walks (31).

Northwood (38-15) won both the GLIAC and the GLIAC Tournament Championship for the second straight season this year. The Timberwolves will play Bellarmine later today (May 18) at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
