  • Trevor Polewka followed with an RBI single to give Northwood back the lead 3-2.
  • Janes then extended the lead with a two-run single to center to make the score 5-2 in the sixth.
  • That proved to be the last time the Timberwolves would score in the game, as the Crusaders scored two in the seventh and one in the eighth to tie the game.
  • Madonna then paired together a pair of two-out hits in the 10th to earn the win.
