Women's Soccer Picked To Finish Ninth In GLIAC Preseason Poll

GLIAC PRESEASON COACHES' POLL

MIDLAND, MICH. - The Northwood University women's soccer team was picked to finish ninth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Preseason Coaches' Poll, the league announced Monday (August 6).

Northwood finished with 20 points in the poll. Grand Valley State was the favorite with 81 points, followed by Ashland (70) and Ferris State (68).

The Timberwolves, led by first-year head coach Chelsea Hunter, will open their 2018 season with a game against Alderson Broaddus in Columbus, Ohio August 31 at 5 p.m.
