Baseball Lands Five On The CSC Academic All-District Team

CSC ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT TEAMS

MIDLAND, MICH. – The Northwood University baseball team had five student-athletes earn Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators.

Junior right fielder Caden Duryea, senior first baseman Alex Jarboe, senior starting pitcher Grant LaMarche , sophomore relief pitcher Dominic Mauro and junior starting pitcher Tyler Sager all were recognized

Student-athletes must be a starter or key reserve with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and have completed one full calendar year at their respective institution.

All five players played key roles in the greatest season in program history. The Timberwolves earned its first Midwest Region Championship and trip to the NCAA Championship in school history. The Timberwolves also took home the G-MAC North Division title as well as the G-MAC Tournament title.
