Damien Ross joined the Northwood University football staff in the summer of 2022. He will serve as the wide receivers coach on Leonard Haynes’ staff.

Ross comes to Northwood after serving as the wide receivers coach at Missouri S&T for three seasons (2019-21). He spent a season as the wide receivers coach at MacMurray College (2016) and a year as the running backs coach at Midland University (2014). Ross also spent a season as the head coach at Bangor High School in 2018.  

A 2014 graduate of Siena Heights with a degree in Sport Management, Ross was a wide receiver for the Saints from 2011-13. He went on to earn his M.B.A. from Midland University in 2015.
