Bio
Korey Ringer enters his second season at Northwood as the running backs coach. He came to Northwood in the summer of 2023.
Ringer spent the 2022 season at Olivet as the wide receivers coach.
Prior to his time at Olivet, Ringer had coached at three high schools – Lansing Everett, Fruitport and Elyria, Ohio.
Ringer played four years of college football – two years at Grand Rapids Community College and Ferris State. He was named FSU’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2013.
After his playing career at Ferris State concluded, Ringer spent three years playing arena football. He played for the West Michigan Ironmen in 2016 and 2017 and the Nebraska Danger in 2018. Ringer returned to the West Michigan Ironmen to coach in 2019.
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Ringer earned his degree from Ferris State in 2014.
