FIRST HALF

• Northwood started the game strong, scoring 11 of the first 14 points of the game to lead 11-3 7:30 into the contest.
• Lake Superior State responded by scoring the next 16 points to go up 19-11 with 7:13 remaining.
• LSSU eventually led 35-23 at the break.
• Northwood ended the first half shooting 30.4 percent overall (7-23). The Timberwolves were 2-8 from 3-point range and 7-9 from the foul line.
• Lake Superior State ended the half at 43.3 percent (13-30). LSSU was 5-14 from the 3-point line and 4-6 from the foul line.

SECOND HALF

• Northwood got within nine early in the second half at 40-31 with less than 16 minutes remaining.
• Later in the half, a 13-0 LSSU push got its lead up to the biggest of the day at 71-42.
• LSSU eventually won by 25
• Northwood struggled from the floor in the second half, going 7-24 overall (29.2 percent). NU was 2-6 from the 3-point line but did make 14 of 15 from the foul line.
