Men's Basketball Earns Fourth Straight Win, Downing Malone 68-61

GAME STORY
- The opening half was close throughout – the largest lead of the period was five points.
- Malone was the better team most of the first, leading for 11:36 of the 20 minutes. The Pioneers held a 36-31 lead at the break.
- MU extended their lead to 50-39 with just over 13 minutes remaining when Northwood took the game over.
- The Timberwolves went on an 11-2 run to cut the lead to 52-50 with 8:30 remaining.
- Malone made a 3-pointer with 8:18 remaining to go up five (55-50) before the Pioneers offense went cold. MU would not score another point for 6:17, during which Northwood pushed their run up to 22-5. That put the Timberwolves on top 61-54.
- MU's field goal drought went from 8:18 until the 1:27 mark.
- Northwood outscored Malone 29-11 after trailing by 11 to earn the seven point victory.
