RECAP: Northwood men's golf opens its season with by placing Ninth at the Pilgrim's Run Invitational Monday-Tuesday (September 8-9).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot team scores of 308, 315 and 314 to finish at 937 overall, good for eighth place
• Indiana Hills Community College was the overall winner at 886 (298-302-286), followed by West Texas A&M at 891 (293-289-309).
• A total of 14 teams took part in the event.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Rykert Frisinger – 72-78-79=229 – tied for 20th place
• Kosuke Tojo – 83-77-72=232 – tied for 30th
• A total of 86 players competed in the tournament
