Men's Lacrosse Suffers 17-6 Loss At Walsh

RECAP: Northwood men's lacrosse visited North Canton, Ohio Saturday (March 8), taking on the Walsh Cavaliers. The Timberwolves wound up falling 17-6 in a slow offensive day for the Timberwolves.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Walsh jumped out to the early 1-0 lead three minutes in. Cole Williams' goal later tied it at 1-1.
- At 7:05 of the first quarter Walsh took the lead for good, eventually finishing the first with a 6-1 lead.
- Walsh extended their lead to eight, opening the second with a 3-0 scoring run, 9-1 WU.
- Northwood managed to finish the half down six, scoring three of the last four goals of the second quarter. Walsh went into the half with a 10-4 advantage.
- Walsh's offense continued to press Northwood outscoring the Timberwolves 5-1 in the third and taking a 15-5 lead into the fourth.
- The Timberwolves wouldn't manage to get closer than nine the rest of the way, eventually falling 17-6.
