Rogers Tabs G-MAC Offensive Player Of The Week For Men's Lacrosse

MIDLAND, MICH. – Northwood University men's lacrosse player Andrew Rogers has been named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Offensive Athlete of the Week Monday (March 9).

Rogers led Northwood's offense in its 12–11 victory over Walsh on March 7, recording a game-high seven points on five goals and two assists. Rogers scored on five of his nine shots, contributing to over half of the team's goals in the win.

As of March 9, Rogers sits atop the G-MAC with 23 points this season and is averaging 4.6 points per game with 15 goals and 8 assists.

This marks the second weekly honor for a Northwood Men's Lacrosse athlete this season.

The Timberwolves will look to build on the momentum as they take on (RV) Rockhurst Thursday (March 12) at Noon in Midland at Dean Field.
