Rogers Earns USILA Team Of The Week Honors

MIDLAND, MICH. – Northwood University men's lacrosse standout Andrew Rogers has been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division II Team of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday (March 17).
Rogers earned national recognition following a dominant performance in Northwood's 11-10 overtime victory over (RV) Rockhurst on March 12. The sophomore attackman totaled seven points on two goals and five assists, playing a key role in seven of the Timberwolves' 11 goals.
He capped off his standout outing by scoring the game-winning goal just 22 seconds into overtime, securing the win for Northwood.
Rogers was one of 10 players selected nationwide to the USILA Team of the Week after posting one of the top offensive performances in Division II during the week.
Northwood men's lacrosse returns to action Saturday, March 21, hosting conference opponent Malone at Dean Field at 2 p.m. Fans can enjoy Proper Taco food truck on site during the game.
