RECAP: Northwood men's lacrosse saw their nine-game win streak come to an end Saturday (April 11) as the Timberwolves dropped a conference matchup on the road, falling to defending conference champion, No. 8 Seton Hill, 22-12.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Seton Hill jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead less than three minutes into the game before Andrew Rogers put Northwood on the board with a man-up goal at the 8:52 mark of the first quarter.
• Ryder Mulvey followed shortly after, finishing off a Rogers assist, and Gabe Schmoll later tied the game at 3-3 with 3:32 remaining in the opening frame.
• The Griffins answered late in the first and carried momentum into the second quarter, opening up a 5-3 lead early.
• Rogers and Payton Allaire each responded to keep Northwood within one at 6-5 midway through the second quarter.
• Seton Hill then took control, closing the first half on a 7-0 run to take a 13-5 lead into the break.
• Mulvey opened the third quarter scoring at 14:12, and Northwood cut the deficit to 13-7 at the 11:14 mark on a MacKennan Tognetti goal off a Rogers assist.
• 13-7 was the smallest margin in the second half before Seton Hill pulled away again. The Griffins responded with five unanswered goals to extend the lead to 18-7 heading into the fourth quarter. 
• After Seton Hill pushed its largest lead to 22-8, Northwood finished strong with four goals in the final five minutes. Ayotte, Drew Lockwood, and Allaire each found the back of the net during the late surge. Mulvey capped the scoring with his fourth goal of the day off a Rogers assist with 2:26 remaining.
