Northwood University Athletics Announces Change In Men's Soccer Leadership

MIDLAND, MICH. – Northwood University head men's soccer coach Stevie Shard has resigned after eight seasons leading the Timberwolves program, Director of Athletics Jeff Curtis announced today. (January 26).

Shard became just the second head coach in program history when he took over in 2018. Over eight seasons, he compiled 44 career victories and led Northwood to an appearance in the GLIAC Tournament Championship in 2018.

"We would like to thank Stevie Shard for his many years of service to our men's soccer program," said Northwood University athletic Director Jeff Curtis. "We wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors."

A national search for Northwood's next head men's soccer coach will begin immediately.
