MIDLAND, MICH. – The Northwood University men's tennis team picked up an 8-1 victory over Findlay Saturday (April 9).

The Timberwolves have now won five straight to improve to 6-4 overall, 2-0 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).  Findlay falls to 10-9 overall, 1-4 in the GLIAC.

The Timberwolves got off to a good start in doubles, taking all three matches to go up 3-0 heading into singles. Northwood then posted five wins in six matches to complete the victory.

On the day, Austin Woody, Konstantin Zhukov, Daniel Haas and David Reinauer all went 2-0 for the Timberwolves.

Northwood will host Hillsdale Sunday morning (April 10) at 11 a.m.
