Northwood To Face Ohio Dominican In Opening Round Of G-MAC Softball Tournament

G-MAC SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL

MIDLAND, MICH. – Northwood University's softball team qualified for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament, announced by the conference Monday (April 28).

The reigning tournament champions, Northwood, are the No. 4 seed heading into tournament play and will face the 5-seeded Ohio Dominican Panthers in the opening round on Wednesday, April 30, at noon at Firestone Stadium Field 2 in Akron, Ohio.

The two teams previously faced off in Midland on April 19. Northwood swept the series with tight 2-1 and 3-1 victories.
