Ten Timberwolves Tab Academic All-District Honors From CSC - Nemecek and Hansen Move On To Academic All-America Ballot

FULL LIST OF ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT HONOREES

MIDLAND, MICH. – Ten student-athletes from the Northwood University men's and women's track & field and cross country programs have earned Academic All-District® honors from College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced June 27.

On the men's side, seniors Preston Earland and Will Nemecek were recognized, along with juniors Chris Whitehead and Blake Vier, and sophomore Kyle Roeters.

For the women, Sarah Zehr and Katherine Haupt earned the honor as seniors, while junior Jenna Gaul and sophomores Ariel Warner and Kelsey Hansen were also selected.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Track & Field and Cross Country Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. CSC's Academic All-America® program distinguishes honorees across four divisions: NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA.

In addition to their All-District accolades, Will Nemecek and Kelsey Hansen have also advanced to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® selections will be announced on July 15, 2025 (women) and July 16, 2025 (men).
