Women's Basketball Places Four On CSC Academic All-District Team
2022-23 CSC Academic All-District Release
MIDLAND, MICH. – Four student-athletes from the Northwood University women's basketball team have earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators (CSC)
Junior Ava DiMilia, senior Adele Kemp, junior Maizie Taylor and sophomore Maddie Voelker were all recognized by CSC.
Student-athletes must be a starter or key reserve with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and have completed one full calendar year at their respective institution.
Dimilia, Kemp, Taylor and Voelker are all starters for Northwood this season. The quartet has led the Timberwolves to a late-season push thanks to four straight wins and five victories in their last six games.
Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in mid-March. The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages.
Northwood returns to action Thursday (February 23) at Ursuline. Game time is set for 5:30 p.m.
