GAME STORY
- Northwood scored the opening six points of the game for the early advantage.
- Findlay responded with seven straight points to take their first lead of the game.
- That proved to be the only lead of the contest for the Oilers, as the Timberwolves put up the next seven points to go up 13-7.
- The Northwood lead stood at 15-13 after one quarter.
- NU scored the first five points of the second to go up 20-13.
- Northwood led by as many as 14 before holding a 29-19 lead at the break.
- The Timberwolves pushed the lead to 14 early in the fourth before Findlay fought back.
- UF got within five at 47-42 before Northwood scored the final basket of the quarter to make the score 49-42.
- After both teams struggled from the floor in the opening half, each side got hot in the third. Findlay was 9-11 from the floor (81.8 percent), while Northwood was 9-13 (69.2 percent).
- NU dominated the start of the fourth quarter to earn the win, scoring 11 of the first 12 points to push the lead up to 18 at 60-43.
