Women's Golf Earns Record-Breaking Performance At Warrior Invitational

RECAP: Northwood women's golf earns a school record while placing fifth at the Warrior Invitational Monday-Tuesday (September 23-24).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot teams scores of 311, 313 and 310 to finish at 934 overall, good for fifth place.
• Their teams score of 934 is a new 54-hole program record, bettering the old mark of 940 from the 2021-22 season.
• Grand Valley State (294-293-298) and Findlay (295-298-292) tied for first at 885, followed by Ferris State at 912 (307-307-298).
• A total of 13 teams took part in the event.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Nemo Cheewasupakorn: 74-79-73=226 – 11^th place overall
• Sydney Dausman: 79-76-77=232 – tied for 17th
• Ava Weeks: 75-78-83=236 – tied for 25th
• A total of 78 players competed in the tournament.
