Michele Vlacovsky is in her second year as an assistant coach for the men's and women's golf programs at Northwood University.

In her first season at Northwood, the women's team earned its highest finish at the GLIAC Championship in program history, placing second overall. Ines Dorado also qualified for the NCAA Championships.

Vlacovsky came to Northwood after serving as the girl's head coach at Louisville High School in Louisville, Ohio. She posted a record of 39-4 (.907) overall in dual matches in her time as Leopards head coach. The team had its best season in program history in 2020, going 16-0 overall. 

Vlacovsky is a 2019 graduate of Walsh University, where she was a four-year letterwinner for the Cavaliers.
