Women's Tennis Finishes Spring Trip With 9-0 Win Over Benedict
The Northwood University women's tennis team finished out their spring trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina with a 9-0 win over Benedict Friday morning (March 29).
Northwood improves to 20-1 overall with the win. Benedict falls to 10-12 on the year.
NU dominated the match from the start, dropping a total of three games in sweeping the three doubles matches. The Timberwolves continued to maintain control in singles, losing only four games in six straight-set victories. Nine of the 12 sets won by the Timberwolves were won by the score of 6-0.
