GAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Embry-Riddle's offense started fast and took control early, putting up for runs in both the first and second innings to take an 8-0 lead.
• The Eagles added another run in the third to extend the lead.
• Northwood got going in the top of the fourth, starting with a two-run home run by Caden Duryea.
• Matthew Meyer then had an RBI double, which was followed by an RBI groundout by Drew Charters that capped a four-run inning to make the score 9-4.
• ERU responded right away with a huge inning, scoring seven runs in the fourth to push their advantage to 16-4.
• The Eagles scored one in the fifth and two more in the sixth to extend their advantage to 19-4.
• Embry-Riddle added two more in the seventh to round out their scoring for the game.
• Payton Guilbeaux drove home the final run of the game for Northwood in the ninth with an RBI single.
